Help us help others:
This
position is responsible for, but not limited to, coordinating the PAP program,
opening/closing consumers in NEC, completing consumers' financial/demographic,
follow-up appointments with consumers, New Generation Medication Tracking,
McKesson Purchase orders, and NEC overrides and prior authorizations. Back-up duties include but are not limited to
data entry and reports, filing, physical coverage of the reception area,
answering the main telephone, scheduling and confirming consumer appointments,
consumer paperwork, timekeeping, data entry, taking and relaying messages,
collection of payments, Incoming/Outgoing Correspondence, and Medicare Part D
enrollment and prior authorizations.
You will

You'll definitely need:
- High School Diploma/GED
- A valid Texas State Driver's
License.
- Current automobile insurance and
the ability to travel
- Preferred:
3-5 years of experience working in a mental health setting providing
community-based services within the community.
- Bilingual:
English/Spanish preferred.
We'll
also want you to:
- Successfully complete and practice PMAB, CPR.
- Other activities as assigned by the Business Manager
- Requires flexibility in schedule and
some travel.
