The ESC Services & Data Specialist coordinates the daily administrative operations of the Emotional Support Center while providing exceptional customer service, maintaining program data, supporting clinic operations, and ensuring a welcoming, trauma-informed environment for individuals seeking services.

You will get to:
- Coordinate daily administrative operations and front office functions of the Emotional Support Center.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for individuals seeking services by answering phones, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and responding to inquiries.
- Support therapists and program staff by coordinating schedules, maintaining clinic workflow, and assisting with client intake.
- Assist individuals with resource navigation and provide information regarding available behavioral health and community services.
- Maintain accurate client records, program databases, and administrative documentation in accordance with agency and grant requirements.
- Assist with data collection, reporting, quality improvement activities, and program evaluation.
- Provide administrative support to the ESC Director, including preparation of reports, correspondence, meetings, and operational documents.
- Maintain office systems, supplies, forms, and resource materials necessary for daily operations.
- Use trauma-informed communication, maintains professional boundaries, and follows established safety procedures when interacting with individuals experiencing emotional distress.
- Maintain confidentiality of client, employee, and organizational information in accordance with agency policies and applicable regulations.
- Participate in community outreach, disaster response, public education, and special events as assigned.
- Support development of educational materials and community resources.
- Assist with orientation of volunteers, interns, or temporary staff as assigned.
- Promote a welcoming, inclusive, and stigma-free environment.
- Serve as an ambassador for the Emotional Support Center throughout the community.

You'll definitely need:
- High school diploma/GED
- Minimum of two years' experience in human services, office administration or providing support and customer service in a medical setting utilizing Microsoft Office, data entry, databases and office software.
- Excellent organizational and communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of community resources
- Maintain valid Texas state Driver's License and auto insurance.
- Complete and maintain both CPR certification and Prevention and Management of Aggressive Behavior training within the first 3 months of employment

$22.00 per hour
