The Office Coordinator for our Mental Health Services will provide numerous varied administrative services to help keep our team organized, on track, and optimally functioning. The Office Coordinator will, under the direct supervision of the Center Director, supervise the support staff and business functions of the clinic.

The Texas Correctional Office on Offenders with Medical and Mental Impairments (TCOOMMI) Adult Parole/Probation Intensive Case Manager (ICM-Comal County) provides services to individuals who are on the parole Special Needs Offender parole caseload and the probation specialized Mental Health Initiative caseload and are diagnosed with severe and persistent mental health disorders. This is a Monday through Friday, non-exempt, primarily field-based position with flexible hours, no night shift or on-call.

The Administrative Support Specialist (PRN) serves an essential role, providing person-centered, short-term inpatient psychiatric treatment services for people in service at the CSU. Under the direction of the Facility Director, this position works with CSU staff and providers, Hill Country MHDD Administrative and support staff, crisis workers, law enforcement, community representatives, individuals in treatment, and families/visitors/vendors. Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is required.

This is a federally funded grant position that is temporary and is expected to be funded for a minimum of 6 months, but may be extended depending on funding and need.

The Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) will directly support one of our physicians by collecting vital signs, documenting medical histories, and detailing an individual's physical and mental status and needs. The CMA will coordinate and maintain medical, discharge, and authorization records while maintaining HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
The Next Step LPHA (Licensed Professional of the Healing Arts) position is funded through a Health and Human Services Grant in collaboration with the Crisis Center of Comal County and NB Housing Partners. This position is responsible for providing services and support to adults with mental health conditions who are without consistent and safe housing to reach their vision of recovery.
